Staff Service Commission (SSC) of India Recruitment: The SSC has issued a notice to invite applicants for 5134 job openings for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) positions. The interested and eligible candidates must wait for the date of form submission and the exam on the official website.

Eligibility: Higher Secondary
All applicants must have completed their higher secondary examination from any recognized board in India.
All interested applicants should be more than 18 years of age and not more than 27 years of age as of 1st January 2016.
All candidates will be required to undergo the Combined Higher Secondary level (SHFL) test consisting of a written test as well as a skills test for the position of the Data Entry Operator. Candidates applying for the position of Lower Division Clerk will be required to take a written test and a typing test for the post of Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant and also for the Lower Division Clerk. The exams will be computer based.
Apart from the computer based test, a general written test will also be taken consisting of 100 marks. Candidates can check further details of the tests on the official website.
Candidates must apply for the test starting from 8th October 2016 to 7th November 2016. The date of the exam will be declared once the registration process is completed.
