Position : Tax Executive

Sudit K Parekh & Co. is an accounting firm headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi. Our practice spans audit and assurance, international tax and transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax, transaction support, consulting and accounting.

We are currently about 200 people across all locations. Our clients include some of the best known corporate from around the world.

Experience : 0 – 1 Years

Skills : Taxation / Accounts / Finance

Job Description :

1. Compliance in respect of Domestic tax matter which interalia will include compilation of quarterly eTDS statements, computation of advance tax, advice on withholding tax on various payments, etc.
2. Compiling Return of Income of individuals, HUF, firm, Trusts, AOP & special emphasis on Corporate Returns.
3. Employee Taxation including structuring of salary & emoluments.
4. Representations before the Assessing Authorities.
5. Drafting of appeals and submissions.
6. Drafting of case for opinion & Opinions.
7. Briefing Counsels.

Desired:

1. Knowledge of Indian tax laws
2. Experience of handling tax returns, e-TDS returns, Advance Tax and Routine Filing
3. Accounting knowledge
4. Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Conversant with the computer environment – MS Excel, MS Outlook, MSWord, accounting software Tally
7. Willingness to travel frequently.
