Skills: Verbal / Written Communication with Logical Mind

Desired:
Strong knowledge of Laptop & Desktop support, Microsoft OS, Lotus Notes, VPN, Citrix, Wired and Wireless broadband, Active directory support, Blackberry support, Knowledge of HP open view Service Desk\above or similar tools and importantly stakeholder management skills and Knowledge of ITIL frame work

Location: Noida

Education: Any Graduate
