About company: GVC is a startup company headed by Vinay Chaddha. He is an innovator and serial entrepreneur. Filed three patents, few copyroghts, written number of articles in electronics magazines and developed over 200 commercially successful designs. Our design lab is at Amity University Campus, Sector 125, Noida. A peaceful place with all modern amenities, centrally airconditioned office. We have latest range of embedded development tools from Freescale, NXP, TI, Renesas, Microchip and Cypress. You get a chance to work on them and prove your capabilities. Designation: Embedded product developer

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic electronics is required
• Should be energetic and willing to learn on an everyday basis
• Should have the knowledge of compilers and micro processors
• Should have done a lot of projects in college

Education: BE / B.Tech

Job description:

• Job involves coding/software development of various products based on 8 bit controllers (Freescale, nxp, microchip,renesas)
• Coding involves getting data from user (key pad), displaying data to user (alphanumeric LCD, Numeric Display), getting data from sensors (temprature, weight) and controlling devices (relay) and some logic and document everything during the process
• Interafcing Devices – energy meter ICs, display drivers, real time clock, eeprom etc. You are expected to understand from datasheet and write code accordingly
• User Interface Display like LCD, Numeric displays, Keypads, IR / RF remote etc
• Logic – This is the simple part, understand the product requirement and convert to code. Most of the job is common sense.
• Documentation – Before starting coding, plan for various subroutines, make flow diagram. During coding, go back and modify the flow chart (if required). Make test case and write program for testing.
