Job Description:
- Verifying expense receipts for all out-of-pocket expenditures each pay period
- Auditing/Flagging expenses that are inconsistent with Diamond T&E policy for further review
- Ensuring legitimate expenses are reimbursed on schedule
- Assisting in the liabilities posting and expense payment processing
- Assisting in answering and resolving employee T&E policy queries
- Other ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis
Desired:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented and organized individual to join our team.
- This person will have responsibility for execution of travel and expense audit and verification functions.
- The role requires interaction with employees at all levels as well as the corporate accounting staff.
Location: Mumbai
Education: B.Com – Commerce / Any PG Course
