  • Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients
  • Ensuring that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specifications and all the members of the team are performing as per the standards
  • Oversee the QC function of the project
  • Provide training to new team members
  • Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues
