Experience :  0 – 2 Years

Skills : HR / recruitment / IT

Job Description :

  • Knowledge of eRecruitments (i.e. advanced internet searching techniques, online engaging of candidates, hands-on experience in using leading job boards)
  • Minimum 6 months of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on hiring mid to high-level candidates for onsite assignments
  • Understanding of employee movement process and logistics, travel, types of visas(US), would be a big plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice , Monster , Linkedin, Twitter , Google , Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
  • Strong People skills, Business communication skills and Negotiation skills

Desired:

  • Minimum 6 months of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on hiring mid to high-level candidates for onsite assignments
  • Should have worked with US citizens
  • Good Communication
  • Able to work in Night Shifts (US – Eastern Time)
