Job Description :
1. Answer telephone and direct calls
2. take and relay messages
3. provide information to callers
4. greet persons entering organization
5. deal with queries from the public and customers
6. general administrative and clerical support
7. prepare letters and documents
8. receive and sort mail and deliveries
9. schedule appointments
10. maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
11. organize meetings
12. tidy and maintain the reception area
Desired:
1.Excellent command over spoken & written English with respect to neutralized accent, grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues.
2.Excellent computer & internet skills a must.
3. Willingness to work night shift only.
4.Graduates/Under-Graduates from any stream.
5. Confident and self-motivated attitude.
6. Calcutta resident or willing to relocate to Calcutta only.
