Job Description:
- Coordinating with all HR heads of Kanpur and Lucknow to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories & finalizing the Manpower strength, new hiring for the year with the Head – HR & the management.
- Identifying the sources of recruitment, depending upon the position & urgency.
- Sourcing, screening, filtering resumes, checking references and interviewing technical candidates for positions with various groups.
- Managing vendors/ channels, Web portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements of sourcing for achieving recruitment targets.
Desired:
- Candidate must be proficient in Human resource competencies and skills.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
