It was promoted by Mr. Sunil Nyati belonging to the Swastika group of Rajasthan, engaged in diversified business since 1959.

In the year 1995 the company came out with a Public issue of 15 Lac equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par, aggregating Rs.150 Lacs. The shares of company are listed on BSE and is one of the few listed companies, engaged in Stock broking and Capital Markets activities.

Candidate Profile: Should be fluent in English and Hindi languages (read, write and speak). You should find fun with number crunching, data collection and presentation. Easy hand on MS-office is compulsory. Freshers ready to work on salary of Rs. 5000 initially may only apply.

Scope and Responsibilities: Minimum Post Graduate. Professional Qualifications like CA or MBA or CFA or MSFinance or CS shall be an advantage. As a Research Associate you shall be part of Swastika Research Team and responsible for preparing various research reports, contributing your views and communicating finalised reports to various clients on a regular basis.
