Position Details:

This position involves the following aspects of Social Media & Web World:

• daily outreach to relevant blogs
• conversation in the Twitter community
• use of additional social media tools and viral strategies
• on-site story promotion.

Eligibility or Expectations:

The ideal intern will bring a keen sense of effective social media tactics and propose new strategies in addition to carrying out assigned tasks.

Work Hours:

Commitment is approximately 10 hours per week and interns are expected to work remotely.

Skills Desired:

Candidates with demonstrated marketing experience will be considered, with startup or media-industry experience a plus.

Salary:

This is an unpaid position.
