Job Description :

• Inspect VOIP phones, ISP & LAN. Servers’ health checkup, Systems Maintenance, Escalated Unsolved issues.
• Data Back-Up, Weekend Maintenance (Systems&Servers). Report maintenance, Prompt attention to problematic calls,Trouble shooting processes.

Desired:

• Any Graduate.MCSE&CCNA Certifications is a must.Knowledge in VOIP networks, Windows Servers management, desktop management, LAN, ISP system assembling, troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shifts and weekends.
