Skills:

Diploma/Certificate in Portuguese Language
Fluency in verbal communications in Portuguese language
Fluency in verbal communications in English

Education: Any graduation

Job description: The candidate will be responsible to

Handle inbound / outbound Portuguese calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs
Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike
