Job Description :

  1. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
  2. Search resumes in various available Job Portals
  3. Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
  4. Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
  5. Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement
  6. Experience in recruiting passive candidates
  7. Strong negotiation skills.

Desired:

  1. Possesses a proven successful track record in the staffing industry
  2. Must be a team player
  3. Must be able to work the hours that success demands
  4. Must be a self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity.
  5. Should have strong problem-solving/analytical skills. Persuasion and negotiation skills are among the best.

Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Education : Any Graduate / Any PG Course
