Job Description :
- Inspect VOIP phones, ISP & LAN. Servers’ health checkup, Systems Maintenance, Escalated Unsolved issues.
- Data Back-Up, Weekend Maintenance (Systems&Servers). Report maintenance, Prompt attention to problematic calls,Trouble shooting processes.
Desired:
- Any Graduate.MCSE&CCNA Certifications is a must.Knowledge in VOIP networks, Windows Servers management, desktop management, LAN, ISP system assembling, troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts and weekends.
Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Education : Any Graduate / Any PG Course
