Job Description:
- Executive Assistant to the GM-QA in functional/operational affairs.
- Maintain and generate quality related reports.
- Draft feedback/responses.
- Scheduling projects related meetings/appointments, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas, draft minutes of meetings and track them to closure.
- Develop and use procedures to monitor / track the results of assignments, programs and projects.
- Handling Business correspondence and sending emails independently.
- Preparation of MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations for consideration and presentation.
- Co-ordinate and organize internal and external meeting; assist in monitoring work plans, outputs and evaluations; handling budget and accounts of the projects.
Desired:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Pharma Mfg., freshers can also apply.
- Enthusiatic & keen to learn.
