- Hiring data
- Promotion & Annual Increment
- General change & Location change data.
- Resigned, Start pay, Stop pay, Absconding cases
- Overseas Deputation & Reporting back to India data
- Other payments like Bonus, Incentives, Overtime etc.
- Attending employee’s e-mails & calls regarding Salary /Investment /any other payroll related queries in SAP
- Monthly payroll starts activities involved during the payroll time in SAP .
- Any other information which comes through mails from various department & other Branches & need to process in the current month payroll
- Data uploading is over, next activity is PAYROLL RUN and after the payroll run is over, checking like Salary of Senior Level employees, Exemptions and Income Tax Calculation in SAP
- Handling Monthly payroll Expensing process
- Reconciliation of accounting entries related to Payroll
- Verification of Income Tax Computation
Desired :
- Male candidates with SAP Utility knowledge.Payroll experience in SAP with SAP end user experience.Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills. Only MUMBAI residents.
