Job Description :
- Responsible for conducting interviews up to senior executive levels and arranging interviews for management levels.
- Prepares letter of offer as well as appointment letter to selected candidates.
- Conducts exit interview.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
- Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
Desired:
- Degree/Diploma in human resources management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in HR matter particularly things related to legal compliances.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
