Job Description:
Pre-joining formalities
On-board activities (including Induction)
Handling Leave & Attendance
Maintaining required and relevant and error free MIS
Exit formalities
Handling HR Software
Be involved in the Performance Management System (Confirmation, Appraisal, etc.).
Desired:
- should have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- should be an MBA(Regular) in HR
- should know how to work on Microsoft Office (sp. Excel & PPT)
- should be a quick learner.
Location: Noida
Education: Any Graduate / MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations
