Job Description:
Incumbent should be highly capable in terms of handling multi-assignments and equally capable of handling pressure, he will be responsible for the all HR activities of the organization.

Administration of the human resources policies, procedures standardization and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development.

Desired:

• Organization will look stability as one of major factor, as we don’t want job hoppers
• Person should have enough dedication for work with zero level of monitoring.
• If required incumbent should be open to travel to Bangalore (Alp HQ) for induction and training.

Location : Delhi/NCR

Education : Any Graduate / M.Sc / MBA / PGDM
