Job description:
- Recruit through various sources, including internet, referrals and various social networks.
Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates.
Manage database of healthcare professionals and place them on top medical assignments.
Consult with clients to provide the appropriate staffing solutions Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues.
Communicate effectively with employees, clients and internal office staff.
Assist in all operations and marketing efforts.
