Recruitment of Stenographer in Tis Hazari Courts Delhi
About Tis Hazari Courts:
Delhi as a distinct legal entity was recognised by the Proclamation Notification No.911 dated 17.09.1912 issued by Governor General of India in Council. By this Notification, Delhi came under the immediate authority and management of the Governor General of India in Council and Mr. William Malcolm Hailey, C.I.E., I.C.S. was appointed the first Chief Commissioner of Delhi. Simultaneously the Delhi Laws Act, 1912 was enacted for enforcing the existing laws in Delhi
Applications are invited to the post of Stenographers Grade-III from eligible candidates. Eligible candidates can fill their applications online at its website.
Stenographers Grade-III: 180 Posts (UR-57, SC-21, ST-17, OBC-38, Ex-Serviceman-43, PH-4 ),
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- (Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/-)
Age as on 01.03.2010: 18-27 years
Qualifications:
10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University with English as a subject and should have secured minimum pass marks in English.
Candidate should have adequate working knowledge of computer.
Selection: Selection will by Written Test of English, successful candidates will be called for shorthand and typing @ 80/40 wpm in English. The shortlisted candidates would also undergo a computer skill test and interview.
Application Fee: Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for reserved category) by means of DD/ Bankers Cheque only drawn in favour of The District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
