Deputy General Manager(Business Development): 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 16000-400-20800 (scale under revisionw.e.f. 01.01.07)
Age: 48 years
Qualification & Experience : Degree in Science, preferably in Agriculture, with 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, specialization in Marketing with 10 years post qualification experience out of which 5 years in Marketing/Business Development of Pesticides/Fertilizers/Seeds or related field.

Dy. General Manager (Tech)/Manager(Tech.): 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 16000-400-20800/Rs.14500-350-18700
Age: 48/45 years
Qualification & Experience :
“Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engg. or a Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry with 10 years exp. in a responsible technical capacity in a chemical factory out of which about 3 years must have been in a managerial position.”

Commercial Manager: 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 14500-350- 18700 (scale under revision w.e.f. 01.01.07)
Age: 45 years
Qualification & Experience :“Post–Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Material Management with 5 years experience in Commercial Deptt. out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in purchase work or Materials Management in an industrial undertaking. Requirement of experience relaxable in the case of those having Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management”.
OR
“Graduate with 9 years experience in Commercial Deptt. out of which 3 years should have been in a responsible capacity in purchase work of Material Management in an industrial undertaking”.
Desirable:- Candidates having working knowledge in ERP shall be given preference.

Accounts Officer: 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 9700-250-15200 (scale under revision w.e.f. 01.01.07)
Age: 40 years
Qualification & Experience :
Passed final examination of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants or Chartered Accountants of India with 3 years experience after passing the final examination in cost accounting out of which about 2 yrs. should have been in a responsible capacity.

Boiler Operator, Grade-I Reserved for SC candidate.: 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 4380-120- 5340-145- 4240 (scale under revision w.e.f. 01.04.07)
Age: 40 years
Qualification & Experience :
Should hold a valid 1st Class Certificate of competency as Boiler Attendant with a minimum 7 years experience in operation of Boilers, preferably oil fired and should be able to read and write English.

Eligibility Criteria:-
Should have minimum 2 years working experience in immediate one step below grade in the respective position in the case of candidates working in Public Sector Undertaking/Government Deptt. and having similar status with equivalent pay package in case of candidates working in the reputed Private
Sectors.

General Conditions/terms for all posts:-
Besides Pay, DP, VDA, usual benefits like HRA & CCA, Medical reimbursement, LTC, Gratuity, CPF, Leave Encashment, Canteen facility & Partial reimbursement for use of own conveyance etc. shall be payable as per rules of the Company. Reservation of Posts for, SC/ST/OBC & PWD shall be as per Govt. of India Rules. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and Ex-serviceman , dependents of those killed in action and 3 years for OBC.
