Desirable: Masters Degree in Business administration or Personnel Management or Administrative Management or Marketing Management or Computer Science from a recognised university or registered as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.

Age:
Not exceedings thirty five years.
Relaxation:
SC/ST: By 5 years
OBC: By 3 years
PH: By 10 years(15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC)
Ex-Serviceman: By 3 years in addition to usual period of service in the defence forces subject to maximum age of 50 years.
