Position : Trainee Service Engineer

Experience : 0 – 3 Years
Skills : Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance
Job Description :
- Provide all technical services to customer relating to commissioning, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of product
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product closely, and initiate measures accordingly to ensure effective maintenance and product performance at minimal cost to company
- Service and maintain good condition of product, and replace/upgrade components when necessary
- Respond to customer complaints and requests for maintenance, upgrades etc. in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct analysis and follow up of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of product
- Create alternative solutions to recurring problems
