Designation: Customer care executive

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Skills:

  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
  • Computer background is preferred.

Education: Any graduation

Job description:

  • Handling calls
  • Answering customer query through mail
  • Solving customer problems and escalation to the concerned person.
