- Build an effective Sales Team.
- Appraise & identifier Training need.
- Joint field works & co-ordination with sales team.
- Organizing Territories.
- Distribution Management.
- Surpass Sales target for all territories.
- Conduct Sales Meeting.
- Conduct Doctors CMEs.
- Reporting Communication, Feedback to Marketing
Desired:
A Science / Pharmacy graduate, person having MBA ( Marketing) Qualification would have added advantage, candidate must have minimum 3 year experience as Medical Representative & minimum 1 year as Area Sales Manager in any reputed Pharma Company.
