JobDescription :
- Answering and transferring calls.
- Receiving, greeting, managing Guests/ Visitors and offering hospitality.
- Taking charge of Admin responsibilities as in Office stationery etc. and coordinating with Office Assistants.
- Hotel reservations, Rail, Bus & Flight bookings.
- Taking care of Recruitments as and when intimated by HR team.
- Data entry/ Filing of documents as and when required.
- Follow-up calls and handling general administration.
- Account maintenance
- Handling couriers and other dispatches
Desired:
- Should have excellent command over English and Tamil.
- Should be flexible and must have common sense and patience.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
