Job Description:
Analyze Customer complaints & ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate between customer & technicians for installation and rectification
Coordinate with internal system team to resolve problems
Generate reports for internal & external customers

Desired:
Should possess good knowledge in MS Office & PC based software
Should have experience in making periodical reports
Must be able to communicate in English & Hindi apart from their regional language
Preferably freshers with good communication

Location: Chennai

Education: Any Graduate / Any PG Course
