Job Description:
- We are looking for job seekers preferably freshers who is interested in telecom field, any 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate can apply for this position.
- Candidates can walk in directly to our office on 08th, 11th, 12th and 13th January 2010 from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM.
- Salary will be around Rs 5300 per month.
Desired:
- We are looking out for candidates who are interested in the field of Telecom field as a career.
- He/she should have good communication skills in English and customer-oriented qualities.
- He/she should have basic knowledge in computers (MS Office) is must.
- He/she will be handling inbound or outbound telecom process, willing to work in rotational shifts and should be 18 + years of age.
- Answer customer queries and requests, relating to respective product or services.
- Maintain documentation on customer accounts.
