Position : Receptionist / Front Desk

Job Description :
- include managing the reception/Front desk,
- answering phones calls,
- scheduling appointments,
- data entry,
- greeting business visitors.
- Interact daily with guests and internal Episource staff at all levels,
- coordinate with company directors,
- administrative duties,
- Assisting all staff with travel arrangements,
Desired:
- Graduation is a must
- Minimum 1 years experience in front desk management in a corporate environment
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior customer service / relationship management skills
- Ability to uphold a professional demeanor under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office & Word
- Ability to report to Directors
