Designation: Customer relationship executive

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Working knowledge in computers is essential

Education: Any graduation

Job description:

  • To have an understanding of our applications and its capabilities
  • Analyse and evaluate requests made by clients and communicate the same to the technology head/team leader
  • In charge of Pace’s customer support center
  • Communicate the job status to the client and to the internal management team
  • Follow up on billing and all other financial and commercial documentation with the client
