Union Bank of India Careers: UBI Bank Recruitment Exams

The Union Bank of India is amongst the top notch banks in India. It is a public sector bank that is in the leading position and has branches all over India. It has its head office in Mumbai. UBI Bank recruitment process:

1. The recruitment process consists of a written test that is divided into four sections. They are the test of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and English. The entire duration of the test is 2 hours and 15 minutes and there are 225 questions and the total marks are 250.
2. If you are able to pass the written test then you will be called for a group discussion. This has 50 marks allocated to it. The group discussions’ objectives are to find out the presentation, communication, inter-personal and leadership qualities of an individual.
3. After this is the final round which includes a personal interview. This is also for 50 marks and allows one to express ideas with clarity, leadership skills, extracurricular activities and communication skills.
4. The minimum marks that a person needs to get is 50% and it is relax able in the case of SC, ST, OBC and the physically challenged.
5. As soon as the advertisement is released candidates can start applying either online at ‘www.unionbankofindia.co.in’ or through a designated post office. The application fee is Rs3oo and nil in case of SC, ST, OBC and the physically challenged.

Eligibility:

• The eligibility criteria are Indian citizens who are graduates in any subject from recognized universities or colleges.
• The age limit is 21 to 30 years.
• Most positions require one to be well-versed in computers and office automation with a course in it highly preferred from a Computer Institute that lasted for at least 60 hours. Also one must be aware of the national and the local language too.
