Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing the risk and financial exposure of the company using a set of processes and specialized systems
  • Analyze ‘financial transactions’ flagged by company fraud detection module to determine if they are valid, fraudulent, or need further investigation
  • Conduct investigation into cases of potential fraud by examining circumstances, transaction history and contacting customers/ financial institutions
  • Take steps necessary to improve the possibility of ‘collecting’ funds
  • Request documentation of transactions from operations, customers, merchants, other financial institutions to make appropriate risk decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fraud patterns
