About company: Asons Enterprise is India’s largest sole distributor of Corroshield self drilling and self tapping Construction Fasteners, been appointed by Engineering Edge, Singapore.

Being incorporated in the year 2000, we have established Corroshield as a premium brand in the market, where we have catered to the entire top end Pre Engineered Builders, Roll Formers, Roofing Contractors and other markets.

Designation: Customer care executive

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Skills:

  • Good working knowledge in computer
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to work in a team

Education: Any graduation

Job description: The candidate will have to,

  • Handle all the dispatches made to dealers network
  • Do immediate follow ups with all clients informing them about the dispatches and other relevent details
  • Follow up on payments and send constant reminders to the clients for the same
  • Prepare a weekly report on payment follow ups done
