Job description:

• Handle inbound / outbound Chinese (Mandarin) calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs
• Respond to E-mails and/or chat from customers
• Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike
