Job Description:
This is a voice process.
This is a customer service process.
Candidates will be required to communicate with customers.
Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.
Desired:
Candidates must be willing to work in DAY shifts.
Candidates must have excellent oral skills.
Candidates must be either Graduates or Undergraduates.
Undergraduates need to have 6 months of work ex in a BPO with relevant relieving letters.
Freshers can apply. (Preferably 2009 Graduates)
Freshers must have graduated in the following streams (Ba, B.Com, Bbm, Bba, Bsc, and Bca)
