This division has been responsible for development and deployment of innovative products for the telecom industry, including, network testing products, application and content testing products and SMS/USSD testing products in addition to an extensive catalogue of various softwares. These products and the organizations collective experience derived from a deep and detailed study of reasons and causes of customer dissatisfaction across all customer touchpoints, across multiple telecos and over a period of years, have allowed KIPL to become the foremost experts when it comes to comprehensive “Customer Experience Management” for the wireless data services sector.

Skills: Bpo / Executive / Calling / Technical / Computers

Job Description:

1. Provide knowledgeable assistance for wide number of products and customer situations
2. Provide information about products and services offered
3. Generating various reports on accurate and timely basis
4. Complete internal documentation on paper or online to forward to various departments for work on accounts
5. Retain customer accounts
6. Provide a level of customer service that meets the specific client requirements in building mutuality and customer relationships.
7. Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Desired:

1. Computers: basic knowledge of Internet & Windows, ability to navigate multiple applications
2. Typing speed: minimum 15 wpm with minimum 80% accuracy
3. Product knowledge
4. Customer service attitude (includes responsiveness, empathy, managing irate customers, friendliness)
5. Problem solving attitude
6. Listening and comprehension
7. Written communication for documentation purposes
8. Multi- tasking
9. Telephone Etiquette

Education: Any Graduate
