Good Understanding of Product Engineering Principles and Methodologies.
Should have experiences in UI programming for desktops (windows or Mac)
Design around OO concepts (awareness of design patterns)
Either Windows or Mac programming
MFC programming
Good Design skills
Coding in ActionScript/JavaScript
