Job Description:
- Must have min. 6 months experience in handling all Domestic and International travel related queries, issuing Air Tickets, Quoting Fares and Making International Reservation.
- Attend to Customer calls and Liaise with the clients & the airlines directly.
Desired:
Must be willing to work in 24×7 environments.
Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent written / oral communication
Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Self motivated and enthusiastic
