Job Description:
- Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.
- Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services.
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining them features of Shaadi.com as and converting them to Premium Membership
Desired:
- Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
- Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
- Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
- Problem-solving, (innovation skills and creativity are a -desired)
- Should be familiar with effective objection handling
- Experience must include some customer-facing job as well as marketing exposure.
- Minimum HSC Pass. (Fresher to be considered as Trainees)

Education: Any Graduate / Any PG Course
